"This is my golden egg, lottery ticket, Leicester winning the 2015-2016 Premier League at 5000/1... RR always seemed cheap to me for what is essentially the UK's number one innovation and tech company. They spent a fortune on R&D over the last 10 years and they're now in a position to sit rightfully on that throne of gold whilst others try to emulate their innovations. Their SMRs alone make this the UK's equivalent to Tesla. £7 close in Feb 2025 making this a 70bln Market Cap company... at least!" - Nettles.

"Three things I allow that chap who lives in my house to do on a daily basis. 1) Eat chocolate. 2) Feed me Smoked Salmon. 3) Watch Formula One (when it's on).
One thing I don't allow is for him to purchase Aston Martin shares because 'he quite likes the look of the F1 safety car!'
He honestly thinks he'll get an Aston Martin DBX in Feb 2025. I do agree AM are under good leadership now but this is a very long hold - maybe even past 2025'" - Nettles.

"I want to tell you I had a vision Bernard Michael Aylward (Kodal CEO) with a loyal Sherpa by his side, touring the African plains in search of mining sites to the sound of an adventurous John Williams soundtrack half as good as Indiana Jones... and that's the only reason I took a massive punt on Kodal.
Alas, that was only 97.5% of the reason. I also started seeing these electric cars on the road. The chap who lives in my house told me they ran off Lithium batteries. I pawed 'Lithium Mining' into that Google thing, and I was soon an investor in Kodal. By far the best performing stock so far - can it continue?" - Nettles.

"I love a cruise! The chap I live with showed me the photos of his cruise of Egypt several years ago - full of cats (statues, real ones, dead ones, ones that looked dead but were probably just resting), too many cats in fact!
Anyway, as with IAG, TUI, RR et al, all travel stocks (at time of writing) are going to flurish from 2022 onward... that includes cruises that I think some have been forgotten about? CCL is heavily tied to it's US counterpart, almost funny seeing a green 8% pre 2:30pm (UK) go to -8% at 2.30pm (UK)! I called 3000p being a reasonable price for 2025. I'm sticking to it!" - Nettles.

"I held off for a while on TUI knowing they'd have an RI of some kind. It happend and I got it - no current info availble other than to show a 10% loss.
As all other travel stocks for 2022/23/24/25, they're going to boom! If you're not seated, buckled in, ready for take off soon, you'll be waving us off!." - Nettles.

"We (that chap who hangs around my house and I) played Chess one night (I won) but as we're playing and drinking old fashioned whiskey, we both decided the UK needed to be a service driven entity. No need to compete with far east manufacturing, cheap imports etc, why not export our knowledge?
You are about to learn about the Nettles International Service Idea for a Better UK Economy (NISIBUKE).
The economics totally work here. You sell a service to international markets that hasn't cost the UK a bean - it's you, it's your service, only your time.
You then take that money you earn from international means and you put it into the UK economy (buying cat toys for example, scratch posts, cat nip!). The UK economy is richer. It's a very simple equation we're missing out on here. I'll speak more about this in my monthly newsletter - but Capita are doing something similar - so I'm all in!" - Nettles

"Well, this started off lovely with the idea of NANO sueing SAMSUNG for billions over their Nano Dot patent that SAMSUNG was using without a license and it was a great tip given to me from someone who had shares at 17p.... BUT! The court case was settled before trial and although this went to 70p, I held (for my sins).... it was a punt so no major money lost - and we'll see what they can do in the near future!" - Nettles.
